  1. And, in true Carnie-style, the top three scores are XXX’d out, so you don’t even know what score you need to beat!  The Carnival is back in town!!!!!

  2. Was this detail mentioned anywhere in the “rules”?  I didn’t see this being listed.  It kinda discourages joining, if you don’t even know what you have to do to earn the top points. Oh, maybe this falls under the “rules are subject to change” disclaimer.

  3. This is how they were last year.  This encourages people to come to the “league meet up days”, so you can play with other people and learn how to play/view their scores and how they achieved them. Any other smart ass remarks, buddy?  I think the biggest benefit in playing in the Summer Pinball League is no ALT.  We should add that to the rules.

  4. I like it. Knowing what the top scores actually are would allow for a person to wait until the last minute and try to cherry pick. It’s just like the bump and wins. I bet there have been very few plays on Dougs Spiderman since CDS put up that monster score (come to think of it,  I think Al has some monster scores too that would keep people from playing).

It’s simple. Beat the Number 4 score, and once you are past that, crush the rest of the game so the other 3 fall,
  5. What’s this? Someone understands? Oh wait, no never mind, everyone figured that out.. Except Al.

  6. PTY hit the nail on the head.  There’s no fun in playing and then stopping.  You gotta keep the pressure!

  7. No ALT = CDS might actually take 1st! Good for you!  (SECOND PLACE IS THE FIRST LOSER!)

  8. Didn’t even have to use my AK.  I can’t believe it was a good day.

  9. I cant seem to see what the scores for individual machines are anymore….what am i missing?
